Hello Everyone. I hope that you are all having a fantastic week so far. CHA is upon us and many are busy busy busy. I wanted to come onto the blog today and say a fond farewell to everyone. Becky has been an absolute GEM to work with and I am truly blessed to have had the opportunity to be a part of this team. But with moving and some major changes coming down the line, it is time to hang up my swanky shoes. To each of you that has left comments on my creations, I truly appreciate them and I hope that you will still follow me along my creative journey.
Today I share a little card with you that lets you know that no matter where we all are, creating and crafting keeps us together. Thank you Becky for everything. I love ya ~hugs~

Brightening Your Day
Hi Everyone, Erika Taylor here today sharing with you a project that I just adore. Usually I am creating cards and altered art, but today I've got a layout first. I so love the colors in the Mayella Collection and I know I've mentioned it before. The bright colors are truly so versatile and I love mixing them with other Urban Lily Goodness.
This layout pairs the Mayella Collection with some Mooch Collection, Blink Collection and Sugary Collection too. Did I mention Happy Everything??? Urban Lily collections are made for mixing and matching.
Here is a little close up for ya. I've used Helmar Adhesives for the layout, including Helmar Quick Fix Adhesive Runner, Helmar Liquid Scrapdots and Helmar 450 Quick Dry Adhesive. Love those Helmar Adhesives.
I added a little distress stickles on the Mayella stripe paper. Gotta have at least a little bling on every project right? I cut the "2" from the Number Urban Cut Collection and knew that the number would speak volumes. No journaling on this layout hehe.
Try really mixing and matching your Urban Lily collections. They are work so well together. So whatcha think?
I also want to quickly let you know that I have a HUGE Blogiversary candy going on right now on my personal blog and there is some Urban Lily goodness in the mix. So stop on by and say hello.
Until Next Time

Beautiful
There are so many elements of the Urban Lily papers that I just have to cut out. They make the prettiest of combinations and I so love all the swirls. Today I've got an over sized card to share with you that I created using a few different Urban Lily paper collections
First off, some Mayella Impish. This stripe is one of my favorites, so versatile and cheery. I then cut out the frame from the Mayella Bliss. I colored it with copices and added some stickles and rhinestones after I'd masked and sprayed with Glimmer Mist. The sage colored fourishes are cut from the Mayella Pure papers. The Beautiful sentiment, from the Happy Everything Beautiful papers, and finally that butterfly... My favorite image in all of the Urban Lily collections, cut from the Mayella Bliss paper.
I absolutely love how this one turned out and I hope that I've given you some ideas on how to use these wonderful Urban Lily papers.Don't be afraid to cut them up and use what sings to you. Your end result might surprise you. Simple beautiful especially when you pair it up with Helmar Adhesives!
Thanks so much for stopping by today. Hope you have a fantastic rest of your week

Dream Big
Hi everyone and thanks for stopping by today. I am so enjoying the crispness that fall brings. The leaves are starting to change colors and I'm starting to think to Halloween.
Today I've got a few cards to share with you using the Everyday Lily collection, Mayella Collection and Blink Collection.
This first card is created using the Everyday Lily Collection. I think this is one of my absolute favorite lines from Urban Lily. The softness of the colors mixed with the distressed edges really makes me smile.
I used the Linen, Sushi Stripe, and Sushi papers to create the card.
Next I've got my favorite creation for Urban Swank to date. Everything just came together so easily with these papers. A little bit of Ink, some Blackout in the center, a flower from Linen and that sweet little bird from Linen Dots. I can't forget the letters. Those letters in the sentiment are from the Urban Cut Collection. I finished them with a little Rocky Candy stickles.
Hope you liked my creations today. Stop on by the Scrap-tastic store to grab some yummy Urban Lily products.
